Eriol appears in season 3. He is a transfer student from England and enters Tomoeda after Sakura had finished the Final Judgement. He pays alot of attention to Sakura and her friends. Whenever Eriol hangs around Sakura, Syaoran gets all jealous and angry! Eriol isn't what he seems to be at first...
As the series continues and we find out that Eriol is the one who is causing all the chaos in Tomoeda. Although he seems to be evil, he is really just helping Sakura changing her Clow Cards into Sakura Cards. Eriol is half of the recarnation of Clow Reed.
