Yelan Li is a minor character and first appeared in Cardcaptor Sakura: The Movie. As you can see, she is the mother of Syaoran Li and his four elder sisters. Yelan too, holds a great amount of magic and could sense the Clow Cards in Sakura's possesion. She is very kind and gentle, and helped Sakura out in the 1st movie. Not much else is known about her.
